Before getting into real estate, I had exposure to, and experience in, a variety of career fields. I enlisted in the Marine Corps when I was young and was an active member for six years before working for an engineering firm that focused on inside sales and drafting. In addition, growing up, I had exposure to construction, HVAC and plumbing, which sparked interest and was something I continually sought information about. I find myself utilizing the skills and knowledge learned from these experiences in my role as a REALTOR®. I understand the fundamental mechanics of a home and know exactly what to look for when inspecting for buyers or before listing. I also have an extensive understanding of the local MLS and mortgage lending process that helps my clients navigate the market with ease.
Growing up around construction, it seemed natural to me to end up in a career related to homes. Real estate is a field that I was always interested in and felt passionate about. I joined the military to serve others and help those in need and now, I can continue to serve and help as an agent. It’s rewarding to know that you were part of helping someone achieve their goals and find exactly what they need for a healthy and happy future.
Aside from real estate, I am a father to two grown children, Stephan, a master Sergeant in the USAF, and Kim, the new cars sales manager at Maguires Ford in Hershey, and married to my wife, Phyllis. As a family, we enjoy watching sports together. I grew up in Kentucky, so naturally, I follow the University of Kentucky’s basketball team closely and we also love the Washington Capitals hockey team. I am an active member of LCBC Lebanon Campus. I honor my calling to help others by participating in mission trips to different countries, including Reynosa Mexico, Paso Bajito Dominican Republic, and Delmas in Port au Prince Haiti, supporting LaLimye Girls School in Haiti and Casa Hogar School in Reynosa, Mexico.
